Help On The Way offers a variety of nanny services across Melbourne. Our services include: permanent nannies, both part-time and full-time; overnight nannies; and mothercraft nurses.
At Help On The Way we understand that you want the best for your child, and this is important to us. We take the utmost care when selecting the best candidate/s for the nanny that you require, and all of the nannies are interviewed and thoroughly screened
Nannies must:
We will send you a nanny who is experienced with children of similar age and needs to your own.
While all our nannies are experienced child carers, the more instruction you give to them about what your children need, the better. After all, nobody knows your children like you do! We ask that you provide your nanny with written instructions if it is likely that any medication will need to be administered. These instructions need to be signed by both you, as the guardian of your child, and your nanny.
Help On The Way does have nannies that are able to assist children with any special needs, including but not limited to food allergies; anaphylaxis; asthma; ADD/ADHD; and autism. Please let us know when you book with the agency if your child does have any particular requirements that we can help with.
Help On The Way also provides babysitting services in the Melbourne area. Learn more about this service here.
Nanny – Casual Daytime
Your nanny will organise age-appropriate activities, prepare nutritious meals and apply positive parenting techniques at all times. We encourage you to provide your nanny with guidelines for your children, and these guidelines will be adhered to. Many of our nannies are trained in food issues and allergies; please inform both the agency and the nanny of all allergies to ensure that only appropriate food and drinks are provided to your children.
If time permits, your nanny may also undertake some light home duties such as clearing the dishwasher, but your nanny is not a cleaner.
Help On The Way also provides some of the best cleaning services that Melbourne has to offer, and more information about those services can be found here.
Permanent Nanny – Full Time or Part Time
Many parents or guardians considering whether to employ a permanent nanny often find the interviewing process quite daunting, or simply do not have the time to devote to what can be a lengthy process.
Help On The Way uses a time-proven process to source, screen, and interview our nannies to ensure only the candidates that will best fulfil your requirements are sent to you for interviewing.
